Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between WarpLeads, Inc. ("WarpLeads", "we", "us"), which operates SalesBullet.ai, and you — the business that uses SalesBullet, and the person who accepts these Terms on its behalf ("you"). By creating an account or using SalesBullet you accept them. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.
Together with our Privacy Policy, our Data Processing Agreement and our Refund Policy, these Terms are the whole agreement between us about SalesBullet. SalesBullet is for business use only.
1. Words we use
- Service — SalesBullet: the website, the app, its API and MCP server, and everything we provide through them.
- Workspace — a space in your account with its own contacts, campaigns and connected accounts. An account can have many.
- Lead Data — the business contacts and companies in our lead database, and the details we show about them.
- Your Data — everything you or your teammates bring to SalesBullet or create in it: contacts, lists, messages, templates, replies, files, recordings and settings.
- Connected Accounts — the email and LinkedIn accounts you connect, and the email accounts we set up for you.
- Allowances — what a plan includes each billing period, such as sent emails or social action credits.
- Add-ons — more of an allowance, or another service such as email accounts and domains, bought in the app.
2. Your account and team
You must be at least 18 and use SalesBullet for your business. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password and any API keys secret, and tell us at once at support@salesbullet.ai if you think someone else has used them.
You're responsible for everything done in your account and its workspaces, including by the teammates you invite — make sure they follow these Terms. If you're an agency and run workspaces for your clients, you're responsible for that use too, and for having your clients' permission for it. We may ask you to prove who you are, or that you may act for an account, before we give access to it or make changes to it.
3. What SalesBullet does
SalesBullet is a sales prospecting and outreach platform. Depending on your plan it lets you:
- search our lead database of business contacts and companies, and add people to your contacts;
- keep contacts and lists, import your own, and check email addresses again before you use them (double email verification);
- send email and LinkedIn campaigns from your Connected Accounts, with warm-up for your email accounts, and handle the replies in the MasterInbox;
- use AI features — Automatic Enrichment, Automatic Personalization, reply labels and suggested replies, and AI avatar videos;
- find the followers of other companies' LinkedIn pages;
- buy domains and email accounts that we set up for you;
- connect your own tools through our API, MCP server and webhooks.
We keep improving SalesBullet, so features change. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance. Features marked as beta or early access may change or stop at any time.
4. Plans, allowances and add-ons
Free. The Free plan includes a one-time allowance of lead credits (currently 30) to try the lead database. Other features can be looked at but not used. We may change or end the Free plan at any time.
Unlimited. The Unlimited plan is a monthly subscription at the price on our pricing page. It includes Allowances each billing period — such as sent emails, social action credits, double email verifications, Automatic Enrichment and Automatic Personalization. Allowances start again with each billing period; what you don't use doesn't carry over.
Add-ons. If you need more, you can buy Add-ons in the app. Add-ons for more of an Allowance are monthly: they're added to each billing period and renew with your plan until you remove them. AI avatar videos are paid per video, at the price for the number of videos you make in the month. Email accounts we set up are paid by the month and domains by the year. Prices are on the pricing page and in the app before you buy.
Some actions use an Allowance or credits when they happen — for example a social action credit for each LinkedIn action, or an enrichment credit for each lead that Automatic Enrichment finds something about. When an Allowance runs out, the actions that need it wait until it starts again or you add more.
5. Payment, renewal and prices
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues the invoices and handles billing questions and returns together with us. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes, which Paddle adds where they apply. Subscriptions and monthly Add-ons renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel them. If a payment fails, Paddle will try again for a while; if it can't collect the payment, your account moves to the Free plan.
We may change our prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it applies from your next renewal after that. If you don't agree with it, cancel before then.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Plan & billing. Cancelling stops future payments; your plan and Add-ons keep working until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted, but campaigns stop sending. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. What "unlimited" means — fair use
On the Unlimited plan we don't cap the leads you add from the lead database, the people in your campaigns, or the email accounts, LinkedIn accounts, workspaces and teammates you add — for normal use by your own business, or by an agency for its clients. Downloads of Lead Data as files (CSV) are capped — currently 10,000 people and 10,000 companies per calendar month — because Lead Data is meant to be used within SalesBullet. "Get data" in Lead search shows at most 5,000 people new to your account a day, and phone numbers for at most 10,000 people a calendar month; Add to contacts has no such limit.
To keep SalesBullet working well for everyone — and to protect deliverability, our providers and other customers — we may limit use that goes far beyond normal business use, automated or bulk extraction, and anything that breaks these Terms. For example, we may slow down or limit sending, pause a campaign, or take an email account out of warm-up if it harms the warm-up network. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and help you fix it.
8. Lead Data
Lead Data comes from licensed business-data providers and public sources. We license it to you; we don't sell it. You may use it for your own business prospecting and marketing — or, as an agency, for your clients' — while you follow these Terms. You may not resell, publish or share it, put it in a competing database or product, or use it for anything unlawful or to make decisions about people's employment, credit, insurance or housing.
We can't promise that every record is complete, accurate or current. When you contact people from Lead Data you decide whom to contact and how, and you're responsible for doing it lawfully — including having a legal basis under data-protection law, telling people where you got their details when the law requires it, and honoring opt-outs. If we tell you that someone has asked not to be contacted, stop contacting them.
Lead Data leaves SalesBullet only through the capped CSV downloads: the Webhook step, the API and the MCP server don't send out the email addresses and phone numbers of people from our lead database.
9. Sending rules
You're responsible for the messages you send through SalesBullet and for their recipients. You agree not to:
- send messages that break anti-spam, marketing or privacy law, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules or PECR — every email must identify you and let recipients opt out, and you must stop contacting people who ask;
- break the terms or limits of the email providers and services whose accounts you connect;
- send content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit or violent, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- promote illegal products or services, adult content, unlicensed gambling, weapons, drugs, or financial schemes such as "get rich quick" offers, penny stocks or trading signals;
- send or ask for sensitive data — such as health information, government ID numbers or bank and card details;
- impersonate anyone, or hide who is really sending a message;
- send malware or phishing, or try to get around SalesBullet's limits, security or billing.
Email accounts we set up for you may only email business addresses — SalesBullet skips personal addresses (such as free webmail) for them on its own. If your campaigns bring an unusual number of bounces, spam complaints or abuse reports, we may pause them, limit your sending or suspend your account until the cause is fixed. Fees stay due while sending is limited because of a breach of these Terms.
10. LinkedIn
LinkedIn features work through the LinkedIn account you connect. LinkedIn's own terms limit automated activity, and LinkedIn may restrict or close accounts it believes break them. You decide whether to connect an account and how much it does — we give you daily and weekly limits and recommend staying within them — and you're responsible for that use. We're not responsible if LinkedIn limits or closes an account. SalesBullet is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.
When you find the followers of a company's LinkedIn page, you're responsible for using what you get lawfully, as with Lead Data.
11. Domains and email accounts we set up
When you buy domains and email accounts in SalesBullet, we register the domains through our registrar and set up the email accounts with our provider, then connect them to your workspace. The domains are registered by us and we let you use them while you pay for them. Domains are paid by the year and email accounts by the month.
If you stop paying for them, the email accounts are deleted at the end of the paid month and the domains lapse at the end of their paid year. You can ask us to transfer a domain you paid for to a registrar account of yours, as the registry's rules allow. A domain name that someone else registered first can't be guaranteed — if that happens while we set up your order, we'll ask you for another name.
12. Your data
You own Your Data. You give us the rights we need to host, copy, process and show it — for you and your teammates — only to run SalesBullet for you, including through the providers that help us run it. When you connect an email or LinkedIn account, you let SalesBullet use it to send your messages, warm it up, and read the replies and bounces your campaigns get. We don't track whether your emails are opened or links are clicked, and we don't use Your Data to train AI models.
You're responsible for Your Data: that you have the right to use it and to give it to us, and that it's lawful. Don't upload sensitive data — such as health information, government ID numbers or bank and card details. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can export your contacts at any time.
When we process personal data in Your Data, we do it as your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these Terms. For the lead database we decide how the data is used, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. AI features and avatars
AI research, personalized openings, labels, suggested replies and videos can be wrong or incomplete — check them before you rely on or send them. You're responsible for what you send.
AI avatar videos use presenters we provide or, where offered, an avatar you create. You may only create an avatar or a voice of yourself, or of someone who gave you clear written permission for this use. Don't use avatars or AI-written messages to make people believe something false about who is contacting them, and don't present a video as a real recording of a person who didn't make it. Where the law requires it — for example the EU AI Act — tell people that content was generated with AI.
14. API and MCP
You may use our API and MCP server to connect your own tools and AI assistants to your account. Keep your keys secret — anything done with them counts as done by you. Use them at a reasonable volume and within the limits we set; don't use them to copy Lead Data in bulk, to build a competing product, or to get around the limits of your plan. We may change the API and MCP server, and limit or revoke access that breaks these Terms or puts SalesBullet at risk.
15. Other services
SalesBullet works with services we don't control — your email providers, LinkedIn, Paddle, the tools you connect through webhooks or the API, and others. Their terms apply to your use of them. We're not responsible for what they do — for example if a provider limits or closes an account you connected — or for the content of websites we link to.
16. Our rights in SalesBullet
SalesBullet — its software, design, texts and brand — belongs to WarpLeads and its licensors. While you follow these Terms (and pay, on a paid plan), we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business. You may not copy, change, sell or rent it, reverse-engineer it or scrape it, or use our name and logo without our written permission. Other names and logos on our site belong to their owners.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
17. Confidentiality
Each of us keeps the other's non-public information — such as your data and our non-public product, pricing and security details — confidential, and uses it only for our agreement. This doesn't cover information that is public through no fault of the one who received it, that the receiver already knew or got lawfully from someone else, or that the law or a court requires to be disclosed (where allowed, after telling the other first).
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, puts SalesBullet, our providers or other customers at risk (for example through spam complaints), or doesn't pay. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may close a Free account that hasn't been used for a long time, after telling you.
You can stop using SalesBullet and ask us to delete your account at any time. When an account is closed, access to it ends; export what you need first. We delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes. If we close your account because you broke these Terms, fees already paid aren't refunded. Sections that by their nature should last — such as Your Data, our rights, confidentiality, liability and indemnity — continue after the agreement ends.
19. Disclaimers
SalesBullet is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that Lead Data is complete or accurate, that your emails will reach the inbox, that LinkedIn or email providers won't limit your accounts, or that your campaigns will get particular results such as replies, meetings or sales. We may pause SalesBullet briefly for maintenance; we'll keep it short and tell you in advance when we can.
20. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, WarpLeads isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or data. Our total liability for all claims about SalesBullet is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event the claim is about.
These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law — such as for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
21. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify WarpLeads against claims from third parties — including people you contacted, the providers of the accounts you connected, and authorities — that arise from Your Data, your messages, or your use of SalesBullet against the law or these Terms, and pay the costs and damages that result.
22. Events beyond our control
Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — such as outages of the internet, power or our providers, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, war, strikes or government action. The one affected will tell the other and do what it reasonably can to limit the effects. This doesn't excuse paying fees that are due.
23. Changes to SalesBullet and these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect — unless a change is needed sooner by law or for security. If you keep using SalesBullet after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
24. General
- Transfer. You may not transfer your account or this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, and we use subcontractors and providers to run SalesBullet — we remain responsible for them.
- Notices. We send notices to your account's email address or show them in the app. Send yours to support@salesbullet.ai.
- Sanctions. You confirm that you aren't on a sanctions list or in a country under comprehensive sanctions, and that you won't use SalesBullet against export or sanctions laws.
- Severability and waiver. If a part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right now doesn't mean giving it up.
- Relationship. We're independent businesses; these Terms don't create a partnership, agency or employment.
- Language. These Terms are written in English; if they're translated, the English version applies.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law where you live.
